A lot of the time, exercise can be extremely boring, right? But sometimes it’s the complete opposite! Sometimes it’s so much fun you don’t even realise you’re doing it. I have never ached quite as much as the day after I spent 3.5 hours bouncing, somersaulting, climbing, caving and sliding around London’s biggest trampoline and adventure park ‘Flip Out London E6’. But boy, was the pain worth it!

Flip Out already have several parks around the country, including ones in Wandsworth and Brent Cross, however, when they opened their biggest park so far in East Ham I knew I had to go check it out. So on Sunday morning, armed with a group of friends and my Go Pro I made the 50-minute tube trip from South West to East London.

After signing our lives away with a liability waiver, we were given our special yellow bounce socks and ushered into a room to watch the rather comical Ninja themed safety video. On first impression, it’s easy to think that the park is for children, but once you enter you realise that it’s also an adult’s dream (well – a childish adult!).

Spread out over 2 floors we found…

  • Over 50 Trampolines and Stunt Areas
  • Foam Pits
  • 12 Climbing Walls
  • London’s First Indoor Caving
  • 30ft Ninja Slide
  • Lazer Maze
  • Cyber Towers
  • Battle Beams
  • Basketball
  • Ninja Warrior Course

I could now talk through all the different areas and explain how fun they are, but for a change, I thought I’d leave the writing behind and go for a different approach. Sooooo…
